The order was delivered very quickly. Although very well packaged one of the LED tubes was broken in transit. I emailed customer services in the evening and had a reply at 9am the following morning telling me that a replacement tube had been sent along with a complimentary 'spare' tube. These arrived safe and sound two days later by special delivery. No charge no arguement. Fantastic Service. Many thanks!
