I contacted Lampshoponline via chat as I was having problems wih the conector on my base unit. It would not stay connected to the T9 tube.
I was sent a message that some one would contact me via E-mail ,they didnt. I decided to go and buy a new light fitting [LED]. I now have two tubes that are use less to me.
Never had problems before with them.
