Packaging was a bit minimal - fortunately the 2 bulbs in their thin cartons inside a thin jiffy bag arrived intact. When I ordered I got no copy of my order confirming it: just a 'Thank you' and online sales brochure. Fortunately when I rang Katie to query a discrepancy I was able to send a screen shot (for some reason I had just thought it wise to take one). Charlie later phoned about this manufacturer update/replacement of the bulbs I'd ordered:- 2 x Energizer 12.5w Daylight Bulbs, (energy rating A* and packaged in a yellow+black+ white blister pack). although these were no longer available from you, they were/are still advertised FOR SALE on your site. Katie was friendly nd helpful. Charlie patiently explained the 'recent' govt. revised Energy Ratings. There hasn't been much publicity abt this to consumers WOULD IT BE WORTH LAMPSHOP POSTING A BRIEF 'warning' about the risk of being misled by the old and new ratings at the top of your online pages? Charlie was very helpful.
