First delivery of Energiser 4000k LED tubes was damaged in shipment by UPS they were packed in a very thin cardboard box.
Replacement LED Tubes sent, delivery late, packed in a hard cardboard tube (good), but were 6,500K not as the paperwork said 4000K.
Waiting 4000K replacements and used up the 6,500K tubes elswhere as they said not worth sending back.
If I am in the area its their round at the pub.
