Didn't realise when I ordered that the item was actually out of stock until I had finally paid.
When I heard nothing after more than two weeks I sent a reply - no reply
Finally a month later I got a message saying it still wasn't in stock (I had found another supplier by then) and asked me to accept a slightly different bulb which I did. Not great service though, but it's only a £10 bulb....
