I previously unfairly reviewed this company as poorly rated but it appears the Royal Mail lost the package - after writing a number of emails to lamps2udirect the replacement was promptly dispatched which I received on the following morning as promised.
On reflection I would probably use this company again but would insist on next day delivery to be sure.
