Not bad, excellent customer service but they didn't have the parts I wanted despite me ordering them and waiting.
I received a refund and shopped elsewhere - they had the parts in stock and had them in my hands in the same time it took Lamps2udirect to inform me that my parts would take a while to get to them from their supplier.
