Order 2 starters on a next day service. Called them to be reassured that I'd definitely receive them and they didn't turn up until the day after when we no longer needed them.
Refused to give us a refund and then argued with us before not responding to emails. Very poor quality customer service and unprofessional behaviour. We will never use them again.
