Used n My Apple master successfully Autumn 2018. Took it out of the box this autumn and a small metal piece had fallen off in the box. Rang Lakeland for help to put it back. They couldn’t find anyone. It was last Friday. They would send a new on 24 hr delivery. It didn’t turn up on Saturday, Sunday or Monday. Late on Tuesday it was delivered. The table suction doesn’t work at all. I have come away from the laminate kitchen table which worked perfectly last year and I am looking at the new one on a French polished table. Could NOT be smoother than French polished mahogany. Useless. The small suction handle just flops from side to side. Useless don’t buy one.
