The sale price and speed of service was excellent. Sadly the leather jacket was no use as it was extremely small fitting. I am a size 0 (6) and their 6 was about 5 inches too small overall, bust waist and hips! Wouldn;t have minded but it cost £9 to send back as the recommended type of postal return cost this. Normally I would have asked for another size to try but not if that cost me the same to return. Most retailers now do help the cusptemr try things on and return cheaply - not Lakeland clearly
