The leather protector works well to protect my new jacket.
But ... I received one bottle instead of the 2 ordered, and had to pay additional unpaid postage on the package which arrived via Royal Mail despite being sent UPS.
Customer services were very thorough at sorting this out, sending my secod bottle and refunding the extra costs.
