I ordered a glasses case online to collect in-store. when I went to the store after they phoned me to let me know it had arrived they wanted the order number before I could collect the item. They did not inform me I needed to give the order number either online or on the phone. After some awkwardness they allowed me to collect the item if I could prove my identity and sign for the item. I think this process needs to be looked at and clarified.
