I found it difficult to process the order via Klarna and when I rand Web support for help they were not very helpful and I was not made to feel like a customer more of a nuisance. The female member of staff just iterated the process and more or less inferred it was not Lakeland Leather’s problem but Klarna. We’ll forgive me but I thought I was buying a Lakeland product and not a Klarna product!!
