The boots were great, except the style didn't suit my feet; they were too loose around the ankles. They just weren't comfortable; so I was disappointed not to be reimbursed for using the "registered post" (as requested) to send them back. This cost me just over £11.00, which included insurance. This has put me off from buying footwear online.
