I absolutely love the black centre zip biker jacket however I’ve had to score you a 3 because the zip was faulty and I’ve had to return the jacket for an exchange. I was so disappointed to find that the zip would not work as I really wanted the jacket for this weekend. Instead I’ve had to pay out £6.57 on postage to send it back and wait for a replacement to be sent to me. To be honest I cannot understand how it passed quality control and would appreciate your feedback on this matter.
