Delivery was when expected and I was sent a 1 hour delivery time which was great. However the box which had the chair in had already been previously opened and had been re-taped by the courier. The chair itself is good, sturdy and comfortable. Little disappointed there are a few scuffs and scratches on it though. I don't know if I have got one that's maybe been sent back previously or something. But its a nice chair, and I would recommend. Easily put together, I managed this myself in 20 mins.
