I love the dresses of LadyV and therefore I would recommend the webshop, but my last order was delayed in shipment by more than a month... All the while the customer service didn't respond with anything other than: "we are looking into it".
In the end it turned out that 2 dresses I ordered were no longer available and I had to choose 2 replacement dresses... But I'm still wondering why it took so long... We are now 1 month and 1 day since my order and I have finally received a message that my order has been shipped.
