All the staff were extremely helpful during the visiting and purchasing. No hard sell of any kind. All our concerns were addressed, the workshop manger couldn't have been more helpful when we were fault finding, no arguments and all were rectified in one case well above and beyond what we expected. When the caravan was delivered it was immaculate, the delivery man (Dave?) was most helpful and the handover went very smoothly. The Instruction as to how everything worked etc. was clear succinct and very pleasantly done. We would have no hesitation in recommending prospective buyers to visit Lady Bailey.
