Ordered roof ladder from your website which said the item was in stock & ready to ship.
This wasn’t the case. When I called after a week I was advised that the item would be at least another 15 working days till delivery.
I asked for a full refund & purchased the item elsewhere the next day.
Staff on the phone didn’t seem too bothered to assist me or even offer an alternative product.
Won’t be using the ladder store again.
