Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering... I fell in love with the jewelry bow collection so I found the bracelet and earrings ant Bloomingdales & Dillards. Ordered, shipped, received within a fews days and everything perfect. Then my main piece(the matching necklace) was only available at the Kurt Geiger online store so I ordered it and the wrong necklace arrived(one that was about $100 cheaper than the one I had paid for) I reach out to customer service, no exchanges are offered and it took me one whole day of arguing to even get them to send me a free return label(they said I had to pay for the return at first). I also had used a coupon code which they gave me a replacement code to re-order the necklace again. I dropped the necklace off about 3 weeks ago. Refund still hasnt been processed ... Meanwhile because I needed the necklace by christmas, I ordered it again last friday. Monday evening I get an e-mail that there was a technical issue and my order was unsuccessful and that the refund would take 3-5 days to process... I immediately reached out to customer service because after trying to order the item again that evening, the coupon code didnt work anymore... response was that they dont issue any sort of codes and to reach out again once I get the order confirmation which took until yesterday(wednesday) to even receive. I had my fiance order it under his e-mail to get a new code but qhen I entered it, it said code successful but the amount stayed the same. Again, was told to reach out after the item has shipped which I have not received a response yet... Apparently the necklace will be delivered today but I also paid for express shipping($10) which is ridiculous because if the company would operate correctly I wouldve had my necklace at the end of November without any extra costs for shipping... I love that set but if I hadnt already purchased the matching items I wouldve never re-ordered and will definitely NEVER buy from Kurt Geiger again. My friend in Germany had similar issues and was sold and send a bunch of damaged purses that she ended up returning but it was such a hassle for her... There is an influencer who works at Dillards and he warns about the quality as well. He said Kurt Geiger items make up about 70% of their total returns at Dillards because the quality is so cheap. STAY AWAY FROM KURT GEIGER PRODUCTS!!!
