They didn't have the powerhead I wanted in stock but said it would be in soon. Soon came and went and no sign of the powerhead. However, whenever I emailed Kraken they were very quick to reply. Eventually, it seemed like that powerhead wasn't going to be in stock so recommended another suitable one and it was a little cheaper so we got a refund. It was posted out immediately.
