It is extremely difficult to find skilled specialist repair services that are prepared to replace the main zip in a leather wheelie case. The first replacement was by the brand which was expensive and poor. It did not last long. The next was my first contact with KPA, and was a job well done with appreciation (even love) for the quality carry-on suitcase. So when the rivet from one of the handles popped out, the 160 mile round trip to get it reliably fixed was justified. Another quality repair has been completed and at a fair price. I cannot overstate my recommendation for this company.
