We recently got a Tripp travel bag refitted with wheels as the wheels had their rubber covering damaged. KPA is actually very busy as you can tell when you walk in. Yet they fitted us in tnad our bag repaired within a few days and it was ready when we went to pick it up. That alone is a plus, We haven't used the bags in anger after the wheels were fitted as the wheels broke on our way home after holiday. They seems a bit stiff but working. Hence the good. I would rate entire experience very good though. The shop owner was friendly and helpful. Not the normal grumpy people you get in most shops in this country. I recommend the shop.
