Just been to the newly opened Knoop in Bath. I was sooooo disappointed with the ambience of the place. It was like a poor grade bus station cafe!! Then to my horror I was given my hot chocolate in a paper cup!! Do I really want to have a luxurious hot chocolate in a paper cup sat on a bathroom stool? Then after deliberation I chose the chocolate I decided on and that, plus my next two choices where not available!! If all you want is a take away hot chocolate then I suppose this will do, but I want to meet my friends, enjoy the chocolate and be able to sit comfortably. I will not be returning until I see an improvement.
