Having complained that I never received my order #17238 Knoops email me to state they have refunded me delivery plus one of the 4 chocolate tube costs that I have paid for and then ask me to edit my review!! Knoop send it to the wrong address, and only refund one quarter of what I have not received? Why not just resend the complete order to the requested address or is that also ‘a temporary IT issue’?? Shocker!
