Knoops makes lovely hot chocolate but don’t be fooled by their ‘Dark’ hot chocolates. They just get more sweeter but not darker. I got the 52% thinking it would be a dark, healthier option but it was so sweet I couldn’t finish it. 37%, 36%, and 39% are probably what you are looking for.
