I travelled back from Amsterdam to London with my family in Aug'22 and our buggy was not to be found when we arrived in London. They said to give them 45 days to locate it, thereafter they said they couldn't find it and requested a receipt for my buggy to refund me. Problem was I purchased my buggy a few years ago and couldn't find the receipt and therefore they wouldn't refund me. All they refunded me were some expenses I incurred to repair the buggy as I had a receipt for that, but not to replace the buggy. I am still in amazement that an airline such as KLM can lose your buggy and not take responsibility for it. Very Poor!!!
