Overall the product was very attractive and workmanship good. Their showroom staff were supportive. Our only disappointment was that we felt that we didn't really get the exact type of door lock that we wanted and was told that it was too late to change it as the door would have to be remade. that kind of dampen our excitement with still a lovely door.
