I am really impressed with KIS and the service that they provided me. I spoke to a few brokers and from the start KIS clearly knew what to do and were talking figures that made sense. I had to raise finance to purchase a couple of commercial properties with residential flats above in London. They were being purchased at a discounted price from their true value, plus they all need work. KIS organised the finance to complete the purchase and release further funds to carry out the work. Really happy with all the work that they did for me, without them I am sure that my deal wouldn’t have happened. Can’t recommend them enough to anyone looking for commercial finance.
