James was extremely helpful from start to finish, we had a slight issue with partner not being employed for a continuous year and had only been in work for just over a month with current employer. This led to the computer saying no with the lender. Normally this would of meant starting whole process from scratch waiting months. James explained the situation to the lender and within matter of couple of days all was resolved and money sorted. Would recommend them as very helpful and explained things on daily basis when things went well or hiccups occurred. Excellent from start to finish and would certainly use them again should the need arise
