Wish I could give this company 0 stars! The reviews below are accurate, this company tied my dad into a 3 year arrangement through a phone call - he wasn't aware he was contracting & we never had the opportunity to look at terms. My parents get no internet connection most of the time, can never stream programmes online and termination costs are so high that they can't leave and alternative providers won't take them on as they're stuck in a landline agreement with Kinex also. STAY CLEAR
