The Trews I had made for my husbands birthday are lovely, the workman ship is good, but as with all things that are not measured by the tailor, we had a small problem with the leg length being too long, and a little too baggy around the hem. I had re pinned the small changes needed and emailed the company straight away to ask if I could send them back for the alteration. I was firmly told this was not possible, they only make to the measurements we sent, so our fault if the fit was less than perfect. I feel with such an expensive item, this was really poor service. The Trews are not wearable as they are, so I will have to take them to a tailor here to adjust. Very poor customer service and follow up. Such a shame on such a nice item and such good service and help before hand, but then nothing when a small adjustment is required. Hugely disappointing all around.
