Having attended Crosshouse Hospital for more than 15 years to have my ears cleaned, I today went to Kilmarnock Hearing Care for the first time as still cannot get my regular appointment confirmed. I have to say, I was extremely happy with the service. The staff were totally friendly and efficient. I will probably continue to come here instead of the Hospital. Far easier to park and can attend when it suits me. Thank you so much for your care and speedy appointment.
