I am not happy with these at all took payment asked for a refund they said I have to do it in writing which can take weeks! However as per their terms it’s states their is a 14 day cooling of period but will charge £15 admin charge, pointed this out to them but ignoring me! This is not right how can a sight that aims at parents and children can do this especially if you are struggling!
