In 2021 I signed up for a £1 membership to try out KidsPass. Didn't use it as the discounts weren't in my area or weren't for activities my kids could do, so I cancelled the membership.
Suddenly, out of nowhere, KidsPass have taken a number of payments off my debit card, without me authorising them. This is from an account I don't use much any more as no other bills go out of that account, so I hadn't noticed until I was checking something else one day.
They told me they cannot find a membership account associated with me, yet have not offered a refund or apology! How can this happen??
