If I could give zero stars I would.
Woefully bad app and customer service and also be very very wary of signing up to anything as it appears next to impossible to cancel I'm told. Main problem is there is no manned phone-in despite that being the point of contact information being given. Emails can be ignored.
TRUST ME you do not want to find yourself experiencing any kind of issue with people as they will NOT help.
Hard lesson learned, but I won't give up until I have my money back
