AVOID AVOID AVOID I have spent months trying to cancel - and when I finally got onto the staff I have been given the absolute runaround. I am literally shocked at how awful the service is and how they intentionally make it impossible to cancel so you keep paying month after month. And its not done via direct debit either so you cant just cancel your DD: they take the money directly out of your account each month. A terrible company that I never made a single saving with. The telephone number is a fake, and the website is full of glitches to make it impossible to cancel... AVOID!! (Oh yeah, I think Ive said that a few times already!)
