We ordered the kite for Fionn for his birthday .We were initially informed that the order had gone through .
A couple of days later we were emailed to say we would receive a refund .
We are at a loss to know why we would recieve a refund ,as no explanation was given ,and we hadn't cancelled the order .
So in general, this wasn't very satisfactory .
