I ordered 4 items from the sales sections and, after I completed the payment, I was informed that one of the items (the most important one for me) was no longer available and I was refunded the corresponding value.
This was very disappointing as I ended up paying what I consider an exaggerated postage fee for some items I wouldn’t have bought if I knew the backpack is no longer available.
I don’t consider KIDLY a reliable retailer. I am sorry, I would not recommend KIDLY to my friends.
