I have made quite a few purchases from Kidly over the years and have always been very pleased with the range of items, service received, quality of items and price, but my most recent experience is what has caused me to write a review. I placed an order at 17:47 on a Thursday and selected next day delivery but assumed that because I had ordered late in the day that it would not arrive on Friday. I was happy to wait though. At 19:13 I received an email saying my order was ready to be shipped. I was really impressed that my order had been processed at this time of day but still assumed that it wouldn’t arrive in the morning’s post just due to sorting time and any delays in the postal service. However, at 9:43am on Friday, my order arrived! I never expected it to arrive so quickly and it’s a credit to how hard the team work that they are still processing orders into the evening so customers can receive things quickly. I’ll happily continue ordering from Kidly and highly recommend them to others. What a super service!
