Khyam's service is very poor they simply do communicate with their customers. Despite send 2 messages, they never responded whatsoever! The purchase (blow up awning) was advertised pictured fitted to a VW T6 which I wanted it for, but in the small print the measurements made it only suitable for a taller van. As soon as the purchase was made, I sent a message explaining it would be wrong for my van and could they supply the lower version. No reply nothing, they sent it anyway with it turning up on the 3rd working after the purchase was made. That when I sent another email and guess what, that has been ignored as well. Hence the rubbish review!
