The tent I bought two years ago from Khyam tore on the first use. It then took a very long time to get it repaired, and then that repaired tent also tore the first time I used it. I then returned the again to Khyam for replacement this summer, however Khyam seened to 'lose' me in their system and only actually replaced my tent about a week ago... All in all, I was very unimpressed with the original tent, it seems to have been very badly made and I believe that in retrospect Khyam should have replaced it immediately, rather than messing me around for months with repairs that then failed. Sadly, this was one of the poorest on-line shopping experiences I've had in a long time.
