Hi guys your getting 5/5 as your service was great unfortunately ups was abysmal ending in me cancelling my order. Out for delivery thu changed date to Friday as I was off was in all day as waiting for a skip. They said they’d been to my adress but couldn’t get a signature as I said I was in all day no one came and the driver didn’t card me. Then they were hoing to deliver Saturday the same Then on Tuesday again my day off wasted day waiting in for them not to deliver once again. They told joe at khyam it was on the vehicle well it wasn’t and didn’t get delivered again. At that point I’d had enough and asked joe with regret to cancel the order.joe at khyam was brilliant but he was butting his head against the wall dealing with ups. Khyam is my brand of choice as I’ve had a freelancer for too many years to remember great brand top class products. I had visions of my tent being tossed about by ups day after day on the vehicle off the vehicle. So as I say it was with regret I cancelled my order. Hopefully the discount price will be available next March / may as I’ve decided to leave my purchase till then now. If you could tell me some retailers that stock your brand near me that would be good. NN160TB Oh one thing while Iam at it my refund won’t be allocated until the tent come backs from ups with their track record that could be never. I don’t see why I should wait for a refund until then. It has never been delivered to me it’s not been signed for and it’s on the ups returns. So my refund should not be waiting till ups get it back to you as it’s never been with me. Kind regards Alex
