Called the company at 02.19. A locksmith was here 35 minutes later who fixed the problem and fitted a new lock. The engineer is a decent chap called Haim. Got my front door opened (I was locked inside as my key broke in the lock ) and he fitted a new lock . Respectful and I felt in good hands. I recommend the service and would like to say thanks again to Haim.
