The guy who turned up was excellent, polite and friendly. As in a previous post the problem is the information given by the office. Advert says NO CALL OUT CHARGE. I asked for an estimate and was told £59 +parts + VAT. I then asked if the £59 was an hourly rate and was told £59 the labour charge. The guy finished after 1.5 hours, no new parts then gave me a bill for £144. I told him about the £59 labour and wad told that was the agency cut. His charges go on top. Advert implied it was a local company, not an agency. I would use the guy that came again but certainly not this company.
