The guy who came out was fine the issue was not with him, the issue was trying to charge me £250 for a lock replacement (which on Amazon / general googling are worth Approx £30) plus £79 labour so over £300 to change a lock. I appreciate companies put a margin on parts but to go from £30 to £250 is beyond reasonable!! I asked them to take the part back out again but still had to pay £70 odd pound for not resolving the issue! Not impressed!!
