We used Keystones to sell our property and we're very pleased we did. The communication was great, the team supportive, and the process, although very stressful, was handled particularly well by Keystones. As an aside, were it not for the relentless efforts of the sales progression team (Hayley in particular), the sale would most definitely had fallen through, the process taken a lot longer, and my wife and I be a lot more grey than we already are. Hats off to her, she was excellent - and deserves a solid bonus for the work she put in to get this done and for putting up with me as a customer. We will absolutely use Keystones again, and would recommend them to anyone as a fantastic agent.
