The first associate left on maternity and didn't pass my claim on to a colleague. The settlement of the claim took 6-8 weeks longer than initially indicated. The original claim was for replacement slats that burnt when wine glasses were placed on the table on a sunny day, the table not being fit for purpose. I requested a replacement glass topped table (which retailed cheaper than the slatted table), which was eventually granted. Your system didn't recognise this change and I received 3 further calls, after delivery of the glass topped table, from your associates who wanted to arrange delivery of replacement slats???
