Garden dining set. The whole set suffered from severe rusting despite been covered and stored inside during the winter. The whole claim process took 5 months despite us following the claims procedure to the letter. We had numerous (5) failed deliveries meaning taking time away from work. We were constantly chasing Kettler for updates. The replacement set look and feel cheap compared to our original set. Time will tell !!
We were even congratulated on receiving our replacement set the day after advising them of damaged components. Good luck
