Kettell responded to my enquiry almost immediately and offered suggestions and alternatives from my original selection to ensure I had the right product. The installation chap was very friendly and professional and took the old door away for disposal and made sure he left the hallway clean and tidy. Kettell were very competitive and their excellent customer service from a local company give them the edge for me.
